Exceptionally clean and amazing place and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was spotless, had spacious own bathroom. The staff were amiable and excellent and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The lobby had lots of good meals for breakfast. I liked the stay, fantastic value.

The top two beds room had a huge bathroom, while the bottom two beds room had another complete bathroom. It felt like we were getting two rooms for the price of one. The room was clean, and the furniture and decorations were fabulous. The breakfast offered a wide selection of Chinese style food, which we enjoyed. The in-house restaurant provided convenient dining for our late night arrival.

The hotel's shuttle service was unreliable and caused us a lot of frustration. The staff did not communicate effectively with the shuttle bus driver, and as a result, the bus did not show up after multiple attempts.

My room with a bath, comfy beds was spotless and cheap. All the employees were consistently courteous and cooperative.

For a 4 star hotel everything was really good, I liked to be here. Altogether it was fantastic value though. Location: the property was so close to the airport, center, and restaurant and plus points restaurant open 24 hours. Pudong district was worth staying in.

Well priced and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic area just off downtown and plus points restaurant open 24 hours. Enjoyable breakfasts for Vegetarian and fantastic value. Really helpful venue employees all round. Unbeatable location to Huaxia Culture Park.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the metro station and the center of this city.
